The documents, linked to this page and titled “Terms and Conditions” outlines in general the agreement between the Client and DanTech Services (MSP) regarding the purchase of services, software licenses, hardware, support, maintenance services, and subscription services.
The terms cover the engagement of MSP to provide services as specified in the “Master Service Agreement,” “Requested Services,” Statements of Work (SOW), or work orders. Any conflict between the specific service agreements and the general terms will be resolved in favor of the specific agreements.
MSP reserves the right to change the terms with a 30-day notice via email, and continued use of services implies acceptance of the new terms. Clients must notify MSP in writing if they do not agree with the changes, and MSP may then terminate the services.
The documents also addresses general requirements and conditions related to the client’s systems, maintenance, updates, third-party service providers, product vendors, products, support, subcontractors, and service conditions. Clients need to comply with terms related to third-party agreements and products, and MSP may engage third-party service providers on the client’s behalf.
The terms outline client responsibilities, including providing access to systems, notifying MSP of any changes, and following service limitations. Service limitations include costs for consumables, unauthorized changes to systems, and client responsibility for restoring systems after unauthorized changes. The onboarding process is also discussed, with MSP disclaiming responsibility for deficiencies in current operating systems.
